This October, NESCAFÉ is taking that message to heart with its latest movement, “Ngopi Dulu & Kekal Kental Bersama” (“Have a Coffee First & Move Forward Together”).

The campaign shines a light on the everyday stories of Malaysians who continue to push forward with resilience, courage, and heart, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary inspiration.

At the centre of this celebration is “Kental Bersama”, a song by Black Hanifah, created as an anthem to honour Malaysia’s collective spirit.

Through soulful lyrics and uplifting rhythm, the song captures what it means to stay grounded, hopeful, and “kental”, no matter what life brings.

Real Stories, Real Strength

The campaign features three Malaysians whose life journeys reflect what it truly means to “kekal kental.”

  • Dr Madhu, affectionately known as Dr Teddy Bear, spends his evenings offering medical care to the homeless in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Kak Dell, a Grab driver and tuition teacher, continues to chase her dream of becoming a writer.

  • Black Hanifah, who penned the campaign’s anthem, draws from his humble beginnings and his love for family as the core of his music.

Together, they represent the everyday heroes who remind us that strength doesn’t always come from grand gestures — but from staying true to our purpose.

“The song ‘Kental Bersama’ speaks to every Malaysian,” said Black Hanifah. “It’s about our daily hustle, our dreams, and the strength that keeps us going. Music has the power to bring people together, and I’m proud to be part of a movement that celebrates that.”

Beyond the campaign, NESCAFÉ also introduces its latest innovation — NESCAFÉ Triple Shot, the brand’s boldest ready-to-drink coffee yet.

Designed for Malaysians who need that extra boost, it delivers a stronger flavour and kick, echoing the same energy that drives the “Kekal Kental” spirit.
