The anticipated “Grow with Every Challenge, Win Your Dream” contest organised by MARIGOLD UHT Milk and Sun Life Malaysia has come to a rewarding conclusion with 23 lucky winners named.
The contest with prizes worth up to RM100,000 consisted of cash prizes for the top 2 winners – RM20,000 and RM10,000 in respective order and RM5,000 cash for 6 winners along with iPad Air Tablets worth RM2899 each for 15 consolation winners.
The winner announcement went live on 26 November 2022 on MARIGOLD UHT Milk’s Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Following that, the prize-giving ceremony was held today at Avante Hotel, Petaling Jaya.
The 8 cash prize winners were presented with mock cheques by the representatives of MARIGOLD and Sun Life Malaysia. Accompanying them were family and friends who celebrated their victorious windfall.
Also, presenced during the prize-giving ceremony were business partners and members of the media.

Speaking at the ceremony today also was CEO and President/Country Head of Sun Life Malaysia, Raymond Lew. After congratulating all the winners, Lew expressed goodwill that the prize money will indubitably build a better future for the winners.

Beating The Odds
The grand prize winner, Cik Nor Farahanom binti Nasil with Mr Poh Eng Lip
The lucky first-place winner, Nor Farahanom binti Nasil, 30, from Kedah, had the odds in her favour and happily walked away with first-place winnings of RM20,000.
When asked about what she will do with the money, Nor Farahanom said that the cash will be used to help with her family’s day-to-day expenses and her children’s education.
“Winning this is a great windfall, said Nor Farahanom. “This money will help ease our family’s day-to-day expenses; however, a big portion will go into my children’s education fund.”

The “Grow with Every Challenge, Win Your Dream” contest ran from 1 September to 31 October 2022 and attracted close to 15,000 entries from all over the country.

To ensure high participation rates, the organisers made sure the contest was easy to join with a low barrier to entry. All participants had to do was purchase any of the following MARIGOLD UHT Milk products:
- 1 Litre (1 pack)
- 200ml x 6 packs (1 set)
- 200ml x 3 packs (2 sets)
Then, to complete their entry, they must send in the official receipts of their purchase via WhatsApp and answer one (1) simple question.
Consolation prize winner, Lai Kee Ming, 47, from Sarawak said the contest was easy to join.
“My whole family drinks MARIGOLD UHT Milk. All I had to do was simply buy more to stand a better chance at winning.”
Evidently, Lai’s efforts paid off as he was one of the fifteen consolation prize winners to snag a new, sleek iPad Air Tablet.
